About 4 times a year Jeff offers our Pairings Basics Class. This class is intended to empower your ability to pair wine & food. Learn how to experience wine as an important ingredient of a meal, showing its best when paired!
Here's what the class includes:
You’ll get to know a single wine and form a strong like/dislike opinion about it.
Once your opinion is solidified, we’ll expose that one wine to a series of elements, discovering how simple common flavors can alter your experience of the same wine.
Six pairing elements will be explored, then a group exercise will pull it all together to leave you with amazing “ah-hahs” to enjoy at home and share with friends.
Come have a great time, partake in Jeff's trademark high energy and encyclopedic wine knowledge, and come away with wine tips you can use with your friends and family.
Our next class will be Wednesday April 10th from 6-8pm in our shop on NE Glisan in Portland. If you’re interested in giving this as a gift we’ll make sure your folks get a chance to come within 6 months of purchase.
